
Don Morgan
Don Morgan is a Columbus native with more than 30 years of experience in private law practice. Morgan is a 1973 business school graduate of Auburn University and a 1976 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.
Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (1976), the Alabama State Bar (1978), the bars of the United States District Courts for Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
Morgan supports many local organizations such as Feeding the Valley, Inc., the local member food bank of the Feeding America food bank network, where he has volunteered as general counsel since its inception. Morgan is a past president and board member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Columbus, a Life Member of the Auburn Alumni Association, former vestry member of Trinity Episcopal Church, former chair of the Columbus Technical College Paralegal Studies Advisory Committee and a member of the Columbus Technical College Foundation Board of Trustees.

Alston AUTEN
Alston is a native of Cordele and Columbus, Georgia. She attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Association with a concentration in Finance in 2013. She attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2016.
Alston is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (2016), the State Bar of Alabama (2019), and the bars of the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Alston supports various local organizations, including Feeding the Valley, Inc., a local nonprofit food bank of the Feeding America food bank network, for which she serves as the board chair. She is also on the board of The Family Center, a Columbus nonprofit whose focus is to empower and equip individuals and families facing adversity to achieve emotional, relationship, and financial wellbeing. She is an active member in the Rotary Club of Columbus.
